This website is provided by Premiere Movers Inc for information about our moving services. By using it you agree to these terms. The content is offered in good faith and kept accurate, but it is general information rather than advice about your specific move.
Estimates and quotes
Any figure shown on this website is indicative. A binding price for your move is only the written estimate we provide to you after we understand the specifics of the job, including the size of the move, access at both addresses, stairs, and any oversized items.
Local moves are charged hourly, subject to a 2 hour weekday minimum and a 3 hour weekend minimum. Long distance moves are quoted as a flat price. Where circumstances on the day differ materially from what was described when the estimate was prepared, the estimate may need to change, and we will raise that with you before continuing rather than afterwards.
Booking and cancellation
No deposit is required to reserve a date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you reasonably can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Items we cannot move
We cannot transport hazardous materials, including fuel, propane, paint and solvents, aerosols, ammunition and similar items. We may also decline items that cannot be moved safely given the access available. Where possible we identify these during the estimate.
Liability
We are licensed and insured, and we handle your belongings with care. Our liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable Georgia and federal regulations for household goods carriers and by the terms of the service agreement provided with your estimate. That agreement, not this web page, sets out the valuation and claims process for your move.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
