The building is the job
Apartment moves are rarely decided by how much furniture there is. They are decided by the building. A third floor walk up with a switchback stairwell takes longer than a four bedroom house with a flat driveway, and any mover who quotes the two the same way has not asked enough questions.
Most managed buildings in metro Atlanta require a certificate of insurance naming the property before they will release an elevator. Some cap move hours, many require a reserved window, and a few charge a deposit. We deal with that paperwork ahead of the date so the crew is not standing in a lobby waiting on a manager.
Tight spaces, handled properly
Corridors, door swings and elevator car depth decide what fits. Sectionals, mattresses and anything with a rigid frame get measured against the tightest point on the route before they are carried, not after they are wedged.
Where a piece genuinely will not clear, the options are disassembly, a different route, or in rare cases a hoist. We would rather find that out during the estimate than in a stairwell.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?
Yes. Send us the property management requirements when you book and we issue the certificate naming the building ahead of the date. Most properties need it several days in advance, so the earlier we have the details the better.
Do stairs cost extra?
There is no separate stair fee. Pricing is hourly, and stairs affect the estimate because they affect how long the move takes. We ask about floor number and elevator access up front so the quote reflects the real job.
