Premiere Movers provides white glove handling for artwork, antiques, heirloom furniture and other high value items across metro Atlanta, using custom crating, full blanket wrap and hand carry rather than dollies. These pieces are loaded last, secured separately from the general load, and unwrapped and placed by the crew rather than left boxed.

What white glove actually changes
The difference is not politeness, it is method. A white glove item is measured, photographed before it is touched, wrapped in soft material before anything rigid goes near it, and where the value justifies it, built a crate around it rather than fitted into an existing box.
On the truck it travels braced and isolated, not packed against the rest of the load. At the far end it is unwrapped, inspected with you, and placed where it belongs.
The pieces this is for
Framed and canvas artwork, mirrors and glass tops, marble and stone surfaces, grandfather clocks, china cabinets with fitted glass, upright and baby grand pianos, and furniture old enough that the joinery will not tolerate being tipped.
If you are not sure whether something qualifies, mention it during the estimate. It is cheaper to over prepare one item than to replace it.

White Glove Service questions
Can you move a piano?
Yes. Uprights and baby grands are regular work for us. Grands are partially disassembled, the legs and lyre come off and the body travels on a padded board. Tell us the type and the stair situation when you book so the crew is sized correctly.
Is white glove a separate booking?
It does not have to be. Most white glove work happens inside a normal residential move, applied to the handful of pieces that need it. Flag those items during the estimate and they are planned into the job.
