Workstations are labelled and mapped to the new floor plan before anything is loaded, which is what keeps a Monday morning from turning into a scavenger hunt.

Downtime is the real cost
The truck and the crew are the cheap part of a commercial move. The expensive part is the hours your staff cannot work. That is why commercial jobs are planned backwards from the moment you need to be operational, and why most of them happen on a Friday night or a Saturday.
Before move day we walk both spaces and build a simple numbering plan: every desk, chair and cabinet gets a label, and every destination room gets a matching number. The crew unloads to the number. Nothing is left in a corridor for someone to sort out later.
Equipment, records and the things that cannot go missing
Monitors and IT equipment are wrapped individually and kept together rather than spread across the load. Filing and records move in sealed, sequenced boxes so a legal or medical office can account for a chain of custody.
Anything genuinely heavy, safes, plan files, server racks, is treated as a large item move and crewed accordingly.

Can you move us over a weekend so we do not close?
That is how most of our commercial work is scheduled. A Friday evening start with a Saturday finish gives a full day of buffer before Monday, which is usually worth more to a business than the hourly difference.
Do you handle the IT equipment?
We move and protect the hardware. We do not disconnect or reconnect networks, servers or phone systems, so coordinate your IT provider for the day either side. Most offices have IT unplug on the Friday and reconnect on the Sunday.
